Key Details:
Location: West Jordan, UT
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility required
Compensation: $60,000 to $80,000 based on experience
Essential Qualifications and Duties:
Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in the staffing and recruitment sector.
Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with online platforms such as Google, Indeed, and Facebook.
Strong expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) relevant to the staffing industry.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Possession of reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and a criminal background check.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, recruit, and onboard field personnel within the light industrial, automotive, and manufacturing sectors.
2. Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their hiring needs are met effectively.
3. Maintain precise and current personnel records.
4. Generate reports from the database as required.
5. Regularly review and update records of field personnel.
6. Communicate all pertinent information to field personnel and job candidates effectively.
