Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Client Support Specialist for a Long-Term Contract opportunity. Standard working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver administrative assistance for incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and web-based chats, ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Handle basic customer inquiries such as questions, orders, service needs, and complaints through various communication channels. Order Processing: Receive documentation, initiate logging, verify compliance with all Customs regulations, process necessary documents, coordinate cargo availability, arrange for pickups and deliveries, and finalize billing while distributing documents as needed.
  • Monitor Shipment Status: Analyze daily reports, ensure compliance with measurement standards, and proactively address any discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to chargebacks and shipping discrepancies.
  • Manage customer credits and debits efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Preferred: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the shipping, logistics, or supply chain management sector.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in customer support or related functions.
