Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Client Support Specialist for a Long-Term Contract opportunity. The working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver administrative assistance for incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and web-based chats related to customer support.
  • Handle basic customer inquiries such as requests, orders, service needs, and complaints through various communication channels. Order Processing: Collect documents and initiate logging, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements, manage document processing, coordinate cargo availability, arrange for pickup and delivery, and finalize billing while distributing necessary documents.
  • Monitor Shipment Status: Analyze daily reports, ensure compliance with measurement standards, and proactively address any discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to chargebacks and shipping inconsistencies.
  • Manage customer credits and debits effectively.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Preferred: 3+ years of experience in the shipping, logistics, or supply chain management sectors.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
