Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Daily Communication: Engaging with sales, operations, and logistics teams to effectively manage and execute customer orders in accordance with retailer specifications.
  • Order Management: Assisting throughout the entire order lifecycle, from entry to tracking, prioritizing inbound shipments, and ensuring timely processing and billing.
  • Retail Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with routing protocols for major retailers, including Walmart, Kohls, and others, along with an understanding of retail compliance standards.
  • Order Analysis: Reviewing open order reports and maintaining awareness of inventory levels, including available stock and oversold items.
  • Reporting: Generating and analyzing daily and weekly reports to proactively identify and address potential issues.
  • Customer Support: Professionally resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience with a focus on order management in a warehouse or 3PL setting.
  • Comprehensive understanding of wholesale import and distribution processes, along with retailer routing and compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities with excellent follow-up.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to maintain composure and a positive demeanor under pressure.
  • Self-driven individual with effective prioritization and multitasking skills, both independently and within a team.
  • Proficient in handling large volumes of data from diverse sources.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changes in systems and data.
