Position: Regional SLED Sales Manager

Job Overview: As a Regional SLED Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth within the SLED (State, Local, and Education) sector. Your primary focus will be on supporting distributor-managed resellers in the Northeast region that specialize in SLED practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at achieving revenue objectives within the SLED Northeast market.
  • Collaborate effectively with channel partners and resellers to enhance sales within the SLED domain.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and gather insights on industry trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including government officials, procurement officers, and educational administrators.
  • Work alongside internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs and requirements of prospective clients.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to illustrate the value of our technology solutions.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in customer-facing sales roles.
  • Demonstrated success in selling products or services to the SLED market in the Northeast.
  • Experience in enterprise-level SaaS and services sales with a focus on profitability.
  • Proven track record in selling through the distribution channel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach challenges from new perspectives.
  • Process-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent forecasting accuracy and proficiency.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and open to coaching.
  • Team-oriented leadership skills.
  • Strong work ethic with a history of success in a KPI-driven sales environment.
  • This role requires travel within the designated territory.
