**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our Individual Sales team in Southern New Jersey. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales within your territory and those of new Regional Sales Managers.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement sales strategies with home office senior management and agents/brokers to increase individual, senior, and specialty sales within your territory and those of new RSMs.

• Work with new RSMs for mentoring and training as well as with Regional Sales Directors and RVP to deepen territory management skills.

• Effectively utilize the Agent Sales Accelerator Program (e-ASAP) and increase agent AMAP co-op marketing utilization via multiple advertising venues.

• Conduct monthly agent/broker training seminars and assist agents in the development of marketing plans and lead acquisition.

• Maintain a strong field presence and build relationships within the healthcare industry.

**Requirements**

• High school diploma and a minimum of 3 years sales and territory management experience as a current individual/senior RSM IS calling on agents & brokers.

• Active and current life and health Insurance license in good standing required or obtain within 30 days of hire.

• BA/BS preferred.

• Total compensation consisting of base salary + commission + quarterly bonus to potentially earn over $100,000 per year.
