Key Responsibilities- Retail Sales Execution

- Retail Account Management

- Negotiate and manage contracts, terms, and promotions to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of in-store marketing and merchandising programs and working with the marketing team to ensure that accounts are successful.
- Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive retail sales strategies, including promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Generate regular reports on retail sales performance, analyzing key metrics and providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Utilize data to make informed decisions and adjustments to optimize sales strategies.
- Provide reporting and insights to the leadership team with thorough analysis and plans to achieve and exceed goals.
- Proven track record in national retail sales management within the food and beverage industry, with deli experience and prepared foods experience a plus.
- Must have experience in the natural grocery/retail channel.
- Must be an excellent communicator and structured thinker to communicate clearly and concisely with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong network and relationships with national retail partners.
- Excellent leadership and team and project management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Passion for sustainability and promoting plant-based food solutions.
- Willingness to travel as needed (could be 80%+).
