About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to lead the sales development of Hermès Maison & Puiforcat in the Northeast & Canada region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, protecting the image of our brands, and developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Development
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
    • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including interior designers, specifiers, and developers
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Product Management
    • Oversee the distribution of Hermès Maison & Puiforcat products through authorized boutiques and external channels
    • Develop and implement product strategies to meet customer needs and drive sales growth
    • Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Visual Merchandising
    • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive sales
    • Work with boutiques and visual merchandising teams to create engaging and effective displays
    • Monitor and analyze visual merchandising performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Training and Communication
    • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that boutiques and sales teams have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
    • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and internal partners
    • Monitor and analyze training and communication performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain reports to track sales performance, customer engagement, and other key metrics
    • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement
    • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication, written, and oral skills
    • Strong sales skills and proven track record of achieving sales goals
    • Inter-office relationship skills and ability to work effectively with others
    • Self-motivating and able to work independently
    • Basic knowledge of French is a plus
