Regional Sales Manager - Northeast Region

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Northeast Region. As a key member of our North America Sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers and partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our EPC customers and HQ accounts in the territory, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with in-house personnel to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth in the territory.
  • Territory Management: Manage territory forecast and budgets, ensuring accurate sales projections and financial performance.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate orders and contracts with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • CRM Management: Update our CRM system with daily interactions, ensuring accurate sales data and insights.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in pump product sales, preferably in the West Coast Region.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, as required.
  • Commercial Experience: Proven commercial experience in O&G and other industries.
  • Skills: Strong communication and business planning skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, dealers, and management.

Relationships: Customers, Dealers, Management, Project Managers

Knowledge: Ability to communicate effectively, manage sales territory, and understand end-user and distribution sales.
