Role Overview

The Regional Sales Representative (RSR) is tasked with managing designated territories to achieve all commercial objectives. The RSR plays a pivotal role in enhancing the sales productivity of their assigned team and strategically directs efforts to influence overall company performance. This position encompasses the comprehensive management of a high-performing sales team, including supervision, coaching, and motivation to meet sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed commercial targets established for the territory.

The Regional Sales Representative is accountable for achieving the overarching commercial goals set for their territory, which encompass metrics such as active agent count, transaction mix, transaction value, and transaction volume.

  • Provide coaching and mentorship to Agents, PSPs, and Aggregators within the assigned region.
  • Conduct training and refresher sessions for PSPs and Aggregators to ensure agents are trained to the expected standards.
  • Mentor and guide agents, PSPs, and Aggregators, addressing issues promptly and escalating to State Managers when necessary.
  • Communicate critical company updates to PSPs and Aggregators in their region, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Evaluate the performance and activities of PSPs and Aggregators under their guidance and report findings to State Managers as needed.
  • Act as the representative of Paga within the designated territory.
  • Verify agent outlets prior to account creation.
  • Conduct assessments of agent knowledge within four weeks post-training.
  • Foster and maintain positive professional relationships with agency principals and outlet staff across the territory.
  • Report challenges and share insights internally to ensure the allocation of resources strengthens Paga's business in the region.
