JOB TITLE:
SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - WESTERN ILLINOIS
COMPENSATION PACKAGE: Salary $50,000-$80,000, Depending On Experience + Commissions + Bonus + Excellent Benefits including Company Truck, Health/Dental/Vision Insurance, PTO & Family-Friendly Work Atmosphere

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Background in Agriculture/Farming
  • Demonstrated Sales experience
  • Strong understanding of Agronomy; Agricultural degree preferred
  • Excellent Communication, Critical Thinking, and Attention to Detail
  • Proficient with various Software Applications to meet customer needs
  • Financially Responsible with the ability to Operate Within a Budget
  • Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Preference for candidates with connections to Western Illinois / Southeastern Iowa

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a Sales Account Executive for a Progressive Agricultural Retailer located in Western Illinois / Southeastern Iowa to engage with an established and prospective list of agricultural grower clients, promoting seed, agronomic products, and precision agriculture services.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Learning and Implementing a value-driven sales approach
  • Understanding and Executing marketing plan strategies
  • Developing and Adhering to a sales budget
  • Creating and Implementing a profitable sales strategy to effectively achieve sales objectives
  • Maintaining and Expanding the customer base while also developing new client relationships
  • Utilizing various software platforms to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Addressing and Resolving customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
