Hybrid Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team as a Territory Manager. As a key member of our global sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the decorative surfacing materials industry.
Key Responsibilities- Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and market share in assigned territories.
- Sales and Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including architects, designers, and distributors, to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest products and technologies in the decorative surfacing materials industry and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Business Planning: Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets, including setting goals, identifying opportunities, and allocating resources.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of sales and marketing experience in the decorative surfacing materials industry or a related field.
- Skills: Strong sales and marketing skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight travel.
