Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team at Syneos Health/inVentiv Health Commercial LLC. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing a territory, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute a Strategic Business Plan: Create and implement a business plan to effectively target, penetrate, and establish relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in your assigned territory.
  • Build Relationships with Healthcare Providers: Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals across multiple medical subspecialties.
  • Manage Hybrid Relationships: Effectively engage with healthcare providers through a mix of in-person and virtual interactions.
  • Call on Retail Pharmacies: Develop relationships with retail pharmacies, including chain and independent pharmacies.
  • Meet Sales and Profit Goals: Attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goals.
  • Manage Territory-Specific Information: Utilize a CRM system to track and manage territory-specific information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry sales is required.
  • Demonstrated Sales Growth: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals is required.
  • Business Acumen and Clinical Knowledge: Strong business acumen and comprehension of clinical information are required, as well as the ability to articulate a clinical sales message to healthcare providers.
  • CRM and Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in a CRM tool (such as Veeva) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $72,000 to $74,000, as well as opportunities for commissions and bonuses based on individual and company performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
