Position Overview:
As a NetSuite Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships within a designated portfolio of clients. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the adoption and expansion of NetSuite's cloud-based business management solutions, which encompass Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Accounting, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Professional Service Automation (PSA), and eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing NetSuite clients to promote upselling and cross-selling of business application solutions.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Enablement, to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze client business needs to identify strategic partnership opportunities and develop tailored solutions that drive customer growth and retention.
- Lead sales initiatives through strategic selling techniques, negotiating, and closing complex deals while managing ongoing client relationships.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in SaaS or technology sales, demonstrating a strong desire to excel.
- Proven track record of success as a top performer in sales, with metrics to support your achievements.
- Strong work ethic, focus, and dedication to delivering results.
- Ability to effectively communicate the value of technology solutions to clients and stakeholders.
