Key Responsibilities:

The Regional Sales Executive will oversee sales activities, foster customer relationships, and collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Branch Management, and Inventory Management teams.

This role entails leading the field sales initiatives for a designated geographic territory, engaging positively with internal resources as necessary.

Develop and sustain robust customer relationships through effective personal interactions and online resources to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Conduct thorough market analyses to understand customer needs and competitive dynamics within the territory.

Design and implement sales campaigns for accounts while optimizing personal productivity through strategic planning, organization, and workload management.


Compile lists of potential customers for sales leads utilizing various sources such as trade publications, customer referrals, business directories, and more.

Relay customer service and inventory information to management effectively.

Prepare comprehensive reports detailing business contacts, transactions, and expenses.

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the metals industry.

Requirements:
Strong business acumen and sales expertise.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

A willingness to learn the mainframe program (Metalware).
