About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and create strategic account plans to fulfill those requirements
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers and establish new connections with potential stakeholders
  • Utilize consultative knowledge of products to recommend solutions that align with customer needs; collaborate with technical teams for in-depth product understanding
  • Prioritize and respond to incoming leads and customer inquiries effectively
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and drive new business initiatives
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and adhere to defined sales processes
  • Articulate product value propositions and collaborate with stakeholders for technical expertise
  • Achieve sales quotas and contribute insights for product enhancements
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and close sales opportunities
  • Assist in resolving customer issues as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in meeting targets
  • Experience in Financial Services industry sales
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional communication skills with senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the lead-to-order process in relevant industries
  • Ability to learn new products quickly
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
