Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and ensure the effective execution of our projects. This role will involve a mix of remote work and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline objectives, scope, timelines, resources, and activities.
  • Resource Coordination: Efficiently allocate and manage resources across various project phases.
  • Progress Monitoring: Continuously track project advancement against the established timeline.
  • Scope Management: Define and maintain project scope to align with stakeholder expectations.
  • Communication: Act as the primary communication link between team members, stakeholders, and upper management.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks proactively.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage financial resources to ensure project stays within budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project outputs meet the required quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify key stakeholders and maintain productive relationships.
  • Project Closure: Conduct final evaluations and document lessons learned upon project completion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • PMP Certification is preferred or a master's degree in project management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction project environments or program management within the renewable energy field is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in document control, scheduling, and cost management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Understanding of accounting principles is essential.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
