Position Overview:

Work Arrangement:

This position offers a flexible work environment, comprising 50% remote work and 50% travel to project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline objectives, scope, timelines, resources, and activities.
  • Resource Coordination: Allocate and manage resources efficiently across various project phases.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess project progress against established benchmarks.
  • Scope Management: Define and manage project scope to align with stakeholder expectations.
  • Communication: Act as the primary communication link between team members, stakeholders, and management.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks proactively.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage financial resources effectively to ensure project viability.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet high-quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify key stakeholders and maintain productive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Closure: Conduct final evaluations, document lessons learned, and complete all necessary closure activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • PMP Certification is preferred, or a master's degree in project management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction project environments or program management within the renewable energy sector is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in document control, scheduling, and cost management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Understanding of accounting principles is required.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
