Job Overview

As a Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering relationships with a network of dealers within your designated area. Your role will involve:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to establish and nurture a robust portfolio of approximately 50 targeted dealers.
  • Dealer Engagement: Identify and onboard new dealers, including high-performing partners.
  • Sales Development: Enhance sales through proactive communication regarding new product introductions, service offerings, pricing, and promotional programs.
  • Revenue Management: Sustain and elevate sales revenue and profit margins.
  • CRM Maintenance: Keep precise records of interactions and sales activities within the CRM platform.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Branch Managers and their teams to drive sales performance across branches in your territory.
  • Performance Improvement: Create and implement action plans to achieve or surpass sales objectives on a weekly basis.
  • Product Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on product features, advantages, and performance standards.
  • Client Support: Ensure that clients have all necessary information to meet and exceed service expectations, including details on promotions, product launches, and policies.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Regularly engage with customers to assess their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Market Awareness: Monitor and analyze competitive activities and market trends within your territory.
  • Product Knowledge Expansion: Continuously enhance your understanding of the company's offerings and their unique features.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, operational procedures, and work instructions.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other duties as assigned.
