Territory Sales Executive - Scaffolding Solutions - Competitive Salary - Southern California/Phoenix Area

The company is on a mission to expand its market presence in the Southern California and Phoenix regions, having achieved remarkable revenue growth under new leadership.
  • We are seeking a dedicated Territory Sales Executive to become an integral part of our team. This role will concentrate on the rental and sales of scaffolding solutions to various scaffolding enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the promotion and sales of scaffolding solutions to scaffolding firms throughout the designated Southern California and Phoenix regions.
  • Manage and enhance relationships with existing clients in the territory.
  • Analyze performance metrics to ensure sales objectives are consistently achieved.
  • Promote and enhance value-added services, including advanced 3D Modeling solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and address any client concerns effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the rental or sales of scaffolding, shoring, hoisting, rigging, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of significantly increasing territory sales over multiple years.
  • Must reside within the Southern California or Phoenix area.
  • Experience in selling safety equipment or solutions is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

Compensation Package:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from 80k to 135k annually, complemented by a highly rewarding commission structure.
  • Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k with matching contributions, and an additional retirement plan upon reaching specified income levels, along with a Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, and mobile phone.
