About Us:
We are in search of a proactive, skilled, and self-driven Regional Sales Executive for our Automotive Coatings sector.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with enhancing sales performance and profitability within a specified region, nurturing existing client relationships, and identifying new business avenues.

This position is perfect for a strategic planner with a solid history in B2B sales, lead generation, and field sales.

The Regional Sales Executive will collaborate closely with our partners and service centers to deliver innovative solutions, exceptional customer service, and expand our market presence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet corporate objectives within the assigned region.
  • Build, maintain, and grow customer relationships with partners and service centers.
  • Identify and pursue potential new clients and devise a strategy to nurture those connections.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients to assess the quality of our offerings.
  • Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product range, market dynamics, and competitors.
  • Work in conjunction with the marketing team to create lead generation and promotional strategies.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients regarding our offerings.
  • Prepare regular updates and sales projections for upper management.
  • Engage in trade shows, industry gatherings, and training workshops as necessary.
  • Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and field sales.
  • Demonstrated success in managing dealership relationships and prospecting.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive coatings and related products.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a dedication to achieving sales targets.
