Position Overview:
As a Regional Sales Executive for commercial lines, you will represent Progressive Insurance to independent agencies in your designated area.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will engage with agents within your assigned region to promote and advocate for the enhanced use of Progressive's offerings. You will customize your meetings with agents to create mutually beneficial opportunities for both Progressive and the agency.

Your responsibilities will include managing the quality of your business portfolio and addressing objections to foster profitable growth in your region. By establishing yourself as a reliable partner, you will gain insights into the agency's objectives and how our products align with those goals.

Territory:
Your responsibilities will cover the states of Arizona and New Mexico, along with adjacent communities. Candidates must be prepared to travel extensively to meet with all agencies in this geographic area, including overnight travel (approximately 4-5 nights per week).

Home Office Location:
Remote work will be based in Phoenix, Arizona, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications:
Must-have qualifications include a High School diploma/GED or higher, along with a minimum of six years of experience in outside business-to-business sales or territory management. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree or higher with at least three years of relevant experience is acceptable.

This position requires adherence to Progressive's driving standards and policies, including possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Preferred Skills:
- Proven experience in outside business-to-business sales with a strong ability to advocate, influence, and drive results.
- Capability to manage work and weekly schedules independently and effectively, with prior experience in a field-based role.
- Proficiency in utilizing formal and informal networks to achieve objectives and analyze data sources.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with sales or customer relationship management tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Compensation:
Annual salary ranges from $84,000 to $101,000, with a Gainshare bonus of up to 30% of eligible earnings based on company performance.
