  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Performance Expectations:

On designated workdays, primarily operate from the branch alongside team members, strategize, make outbound sales calls, and manage administrative responsibilities. Off-site appointments with potential clients or customers may occur on select days.

  • Conduct 10-15 client meetings weekly.
  • Engage in on-site cold calls and outbound sales communications via phone and email.
  • Interact with 65-75 clients weekly.
Qualifications:
  1. 5-7 years of external sales experience.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  3. Mechanical aptitude is essential.
  4. Ability to manage confidential information.
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  6. Exceptional communication skills.
  7. A collaborative team player who thrives under pressure.
  8. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  9. Skilled in closing sales effectively.

This role operates within a professional office setting, utilizing standard equipment such as laptops and smartphones.

Physical Requirements:

This position may involve occasional lifting and exposure to fumes, noise, and mechanical components.

Job Type/Working Hours:

This is a full-time role, operating Monday through Friday, from 7am to 5pm.

Travel Requirements:

Expect approximately 75% travel within your designated region, with occasional out-of-state travel.
