This company is on a growth trajectory, aiming to expand its market presence in the Southern California and Phoenix regions.
- We are seeking a dedicated Territory Sales Executive to enhance our sales team. This role will concentrate on the rental and sales of our innovative scaffolding solutions to various scaffolding firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the promotion and sales of scaffolding solutions to scaffolding firms throughout the designated territory.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with existing clients, focusing on upselling opportunities.
- Analyze performance metrics to ensure sales objectives are consistently achieved.
- Promote additional value-added services, including advanced 3D Modeling solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and effectively address any client concerns.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the rental or sales of scaffolding, shoring, hoisting, or rigging products.
- Proven track record of significantly increasing territory sales over multiple years.
- Must reside within the Southern California or Phoenix region.
- Experience in selling safety equipment or solutions is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
Compensation Package:
- Attractive base salary ranging from 80k to 135k/year, complemented by a highly rewarding commission structure.
- Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k with matching contributions, a secondary retirement plan upon reaching specific income levels, a Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, and mobile phone.
