Job Summary:
World Relief is seeking a dedicated ESL Program Assistant to support our team in delivering high-quality English language instruction to diverse learners. As a key member of our program team, you will play a vital role in empowering students to thrive in their new environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with student enrollment and pre-testing processes
- Provide support to instructors with post-testing and in-class assistance
- Offer one-on-one tutoring to students with unique needs
- Maintain accurate and organized records
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with ESL programs or similar settings
- Ability to work effectively with diverse cultural backgrounds
