Program Coordinator

The Mockingbird Society is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our mission of empowering youth leaders and fostering positive change within our community.
As Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and management of various programs designed to enhance the lives of young people. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:
- Program Development and Implementation: Collaborate with leadership to design, develop, and implement engaging programs that align with our organizational goals and meet the needs of youth participants.
- Staff Supervision and Training: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to program staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality services.
- Resource Management: Effectively manage program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure responsible allocation of resources.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with youth leaders, partner organizations, and stakeholders. Communicate program updates, achievements, and challenges effectively.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data on program outcomes and impact, analyze results, and utilize findings to improve program effectiveness.
