Territory Sales Executive

JOB OVERVIEW:
- Reports directly to the Sales Director
- Accountable for generating new business in areas such as Third Party Administration, stop-loss insurance, pharmacy benefit management, and health management services
- Identifies, qualifies, and successfully closes new sales opportunities
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in health insurance sales
- Understanding of stop-loss insurance markets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Active licenses from the Department of Insurance are mandatory
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage an expansive territory across California and Arizona
- Generate sales leads for all product offerings
- Establish and nurture distribution channels
- Prepare for client meetings and effectively communicate the value proposition
- Build and sustain relationships with brokers, consultants, and corporate clients
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The role requires regular communication, mobility, and the ability to engage in a moderately noisy environment.
