Position Overview:
The Enterprise Sales Executive will become a vital member of our Sales team, tasked with identifying and expanding new business opportunities within the enterprise sector.
The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a dynamic sales pipeline, recognizing market trends, establishing and nurturing relationships with senior leadership, and crafting and implementing strategic sales initiatives to secure transformative business deals.
Experience in SaaS sales is advantageous.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and develop the assigned sales territory, concentrating on enterprise-level opportunities.
Forge new connections with executives and key decision-makers within designated accounts.
Maintain a precise sales pipeline and forecast utilizing Unite Us CRM tools.
Effectively articulate the vision and value proposition of Unite Us technology to prospective clients.
Consistently achieve or surpass established quarterly and annual sales targets.
Identify, engage, and influence decision-makers among potential customers.
Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients.
Participate in ongoing sales training.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise sales or relevant leadership roles.
Proven track record of delivering formal presentations to executive teams of large corporations.
Expertise in selling SaaS solutions, particularly within the Healthcare and/or government sectors, with the ability to serve as the company’s subject matter expert.
Strong understanding of the sales pipeline, market trends, and potential risks.Excellent problem-solving and collaborative skills.
A genuine desire to build and manage your own portfolio of business.
Team-oriented mindset, capable of working effectively across various functions including sales support, operations, marketing, and product development.
Comfortable utilizing and discussing technology, with a strong aptitude for learning.A Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA) is highly preferred.

This is a remote position, and applicants must reside in California.
This role may involve up to 20% travel.
The target compensation for this position is between $150,000 and $155,000, plus a variable compensation plan. This salary range reflects our target hiring range for this role, and the final offer will depend on the candidate's skills, experience, and competencies.
All candidates will be required to undergo a background check, which includes verification of criminal history, employment, and education.
