About the Role

Ole' Mexican Foods is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales drivers, and key decision-makers to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets, while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Identify new business opportunities, manage prospects, and acquire new customers to drive growth and expansion.
  • Travel to customers and potential customers to provide product information, support, and training to secure and maintain business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive results.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
  • 1+ years' experience in sales, retail, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license, full coverage auto insurance, and a clean MVR record.
