Job Overview

Position Summary

The Leasing Agent at BRIDGE Property Management Company plays a crucial role in managing leasing operations and providing administrative assistance. This role demands exceptional interpersonal skills and effective time management to handle various tasks concurrently.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated sales proficiency

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi is advantageous
  • Capability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively as part of a team
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in residential property management
  • Familiarity with California Tenant/Landlord laws and Fair Housing regulations
  • Bilingual capabilities
  • A sense of humor
  • Interest in real estate, property management, and non-profit initiatives
