Company Overview: Income Property Management is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Affordable Property Management Associate to join our team. We manage a portfolio of six low-income housing tax-credit apartment communities, ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence.

Role Overview: The Affordable Property Management Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our properties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Marketing: Promoting the properties to attract potential residents.
  • Property Integrity: Maintaining the quality and appearance of the communities.
  • Resident Screening: Evaluating prospective tenants to ensure a good fit.
  • Rent Collection: Managing the collection of rents and financial transactions.
  • Documentation: Preparing necessary agreements and reports.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a total of 40 contracted hours per week.

Compensation: The hourly rate ranges from $21 to $28, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a monthly cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement for work-related travel.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and general office equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse populations.

Additional Information: A skills assessment test will be conducted prior to an offer, and a background check is required for all final candidates.
