Position: Customer Success Manager

Role Overview:

  • Assist clients in their journey towards digital transformation in environmental sustainability.
  • Deliver business value to clients at various stages of their sustainability initiatives.
  • Enhance customer engagement and encourage the utilization of Persefoni's offerings.
  • Proactively support clients in achieving their sustainability objectives and advocate for their product requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for ongoing enhancement and nurture talent within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective onboarding and utilization of the Persefoni platform.
  • Serve as the main liaison with the account management team.
  • Provide training and guidance to enhance product utilization.
  • Assist clients in navigating their sustainability journey and understanding carbon accounting standards.
  • Manage potential risks and devise resolution strategies.
  • Transform satisfied clients into advocates for our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a strategy for subscription renewals.
  • Support organizations in refining their data sources and operational processes.
  • Stay informed about new platform functionalities and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Background in ESG performance, sustainability management, or environmental consultancy.
  • Experience in Customer Success Management or Account Management within the SaaS sector.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, global team environment.
  • Experience engaging with clients across various seniority levels.
  • Proficiency in technical training and user adoption.

Success Indicators:

  • Achieve proficiency in the Persefoni platform within the initial 3 months.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer onboarding experience within the first 3 months.
  • Accurately track and report on customer interactions within the first 3 months.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and effectively manage risks within the first 3 months.

Employment Type: Full-time. Exempt. Individual Contributor. Remote work options available.
