Position: Customer Success Manager

Role Overview:

  • Assist clients in their journey towards digital transformation in environmental sustainability.
  • Deliver business value to clients at various phases of their sustainability initiatives.
  • Enhance customer engagement and promote the adoption of Persefoni’s solutions.
  • Proactively support clients in reaching their sustainability objectives and advocate for their product requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for ongoing enhancement and nurture talent within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate effective onboarding and integration of the Persefoni platform.
  • Serve as the main liaison with the account management team.
  • Provide guidance and training to enhance product utilization.
  • Assist clients in navigating their sustainability pathways and understanding carbon accounting standards.
  • Manage potential risks and formulate resolution strategies.
  • Transform satisfied clients into advocates for the brand.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to pinpoint growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies for subscription renewals.
  • Support organizations in refining their data sources and operational processes.
  • Stay informed about new platform functionalities and industry applications.

Qualifications:

  • Background in ESG performance, sustainability management, or environmental consultancy.
  • Experience in Customer Success Management or Account Management within the SaaS landscape.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, global team setting.
  • Experience engaging with clients across various seniority levels.
  • Proficiency in technical training and product adoption.

Success Indicators:

  • Achieve proficiency in the Persefoni platform within the initial 3 months.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer onboarding experience within the first 3 months.
  • Effectively track and report on customer interactions within the first 3 months.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and mitigate risks within the first 3 months.

Job Type: Full-time. Exempt. Individual Contributor. Remote work options available.
