Position Overview

As a Client Success Strategist within the Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) team, your primary focus will be on retaining and expanding our clientele in the construction sector.

In this role, you will be pivotal in promoting the adoption of our cloud-based solutions and ensuring that our clients achieve their desired outcomes, which is essential for fostering enduring relationships and driving revenue growth for ACS.

Reporting to the Area Manager of Customer Success, you will act as a strategic partner to your assigned clients, ensuring their objectives are met effectively.

Your responsibilities will include being the key driver for product adoption, expanding your network within client organizations to identify and establish repeatable adoption strategies by gathering product data, client feedback, and analyzing patterns from successful engagements.

Utilizing these strategies, you will facilitate the success of your clients and collaborate on goals and progress during Executive Business Reviews.

Additionally, you will represent the voice of the client in discussions regarding product roadmaps and the strategic vision for our construction business.

This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the USA or Canada, ideally near an airport due to travel requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Onboard new construction clients with an emphasis on accelerating their time to value and assisting them in achieving positive outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance solution adoption and recommend best practices to improve post-purchase engagement.
  • Exceed target goals by maintaining a high customer retention rate, collaborating with sales teams to ensure renewals, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Conduct regular check-in calls, executive business reviews, webinars, and mentoring sessions with clients.
  • Monitor account health to identify potential churn risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Encourage and promote the use of the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with clients and advocate for their needs within the Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) team.
  • Propose and establish processes that facilitate organizational growth.
  • Lead the transformation of processes and best practices as part of a dynamic and evolving team.
  • Act as an ambassador for EBCS, identifying industry best practices and relevant forums to enhance awareness of EBCS services.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, B2B role.
  • 4 Year Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role.
  • Ability to travel up to 35%.
  • Experience conducting discovery discussions with a deep understanding of the construction industry.
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of AEC workflows and familiarity with BIM solutions focused on construction.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry (e.g., Project Manager, VDC Manager, Superintendent, Project Engineer).
