About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at BluSky. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential customers in your assigned area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the restoration industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience inputting and tracking sales-related data into a CRM system.
  • Valid driver's license.
