About the Role

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our Acceleration Center team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide success by partnering with senior leaders and functional teams to accelerate the company's overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners
  • Manage and deliver high-impact projects on time and within scope
Requirements
  • Recently completed or actively enrolled in an MBA program
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis and business strategy
  • Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to develop metrics and KPIs for evaluating program results
  • Experience in using both quantitative and qualitative data for strategy development
  • Shown ability to manage and deliver high-impact projects on time and within scope
  • Familiarity with networking and cloud technologies; industry experience is a plus
  • Experience working with analytics and finance teams to build dashboards and track critical metrics
  • Experience in leading pilot programs and validating new offers
