Business Development Manager

BBSI is seeking a highly skilled Business Partner to lead business growth and development initiatives for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to business owners, helping them to achieve their goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability for clients
- Provide expert guidance on organizational development, change management, and cultural development
- Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize business needs and develop tailored solutions
- Lead high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results and drive business success
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure clients receive the latest insights and expertise
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in business development, organizational development, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
