The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving regional enterprise sales growth within a designated geographic territory. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective enterprise customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive regional enterprise sales growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective enterprise customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including customer success, product, marketing, and solutions/technology experts
- Provide comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business from existing accounts
- Monitor and analyze sales trends and customer needs to inform future sales strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- 5-7+ years' experience using a solution-based sales methodology for enterprise technology services in a consultative, complex, business-line sales process
- Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Products: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong business acumen and expert knowledge of Lumen's products, services, and solutions
