About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at 24 Hour Fitness. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across our fitness centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and membership sales
  • Lead and manage a team of club leaders to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to club leaders to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of progressive management experience in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and development
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
