About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development and Growth to join our team at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across our commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and revenue across our commercial construction projects.
  • Work closely with senior management to integrate business development plans into our overall business strategy.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to pursue them.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines to ensure timely and effective pursuit of business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on business development progress and performance.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in business development and growth within the commercial construction industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue.
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
