Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Employee Patient Management Specialist to join our team at Apex Dynamics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient cases, coordinating data transmission, and handling accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient billing and insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate data transmission to payers and authorities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Handle accounts receivable, resolving any issues or discrepancies in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communicate effectively with payers, authorities, and patients via phone and written correspondence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.
