Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance and support to Human Resources Staff on employee relations issues and concerns.
  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with HR Staff to resolve employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Assist in managing employee relations issues and concerns, including conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices and regulatory requirements in employee relations and provide training and guidance to HR Staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in employee relations, HR leadership, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
