You will frequently engage with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives throughout each patient's healthcare journey, collaborating with physician offices and clinical teams to ensure continuous patient support.

  • Friday DaytimeATTRIBUTESTwo (2) years of customer service experience preferred, ideally in a healthcare environment.
Associate's Degree PreferredEmbraces a culture of customer-focused behavior and innovation is vital for success in this position.
Exhibits strong customer service skills with the ability to convey compassion and empathy. Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear voice quality, diction, and articulation are highly preferred. Understanding of terminology used by insurance and managed care organizations is beneficial.

Ability to multitask, managing phone interactions with clients while accurately entering data into the system while maintaining focus on the customer.

Proficient in computer usage. RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Service. Deliver courteous, attentive, and prompt service to all individuals you interact with and supportCollaboration.

Work effectively with colleagues across various departments and organizations to provide a seamless, exceptional customer experienceUtilization of EMR (Electronic Medical Records).

Effectively use an EMR to communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and the community to schedule appointments, complete registrations, and address inquiriesManagement of Patient Portal.

Enroll and activate patient portal accounts, address questions, and resolve any user issuesCompliance.

Ensure adherence to all policies and proceduresEDUCATION:
