Global Channel Management, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing support to maintenance management related to Maximo and/or SAP PM, a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute tasks and provide support to maintenance management related to Maximo and/or SAP PM, a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Order parts and items for Engineering as needed.
  • Work closely with vendors for their ordering system and ongoing support.
  • Track inventory and provide reporting related to supplies and stockrooms.
  • Manage uniforms and lockers program for site employees.
  • Work closely with employees and associated vendors.
  • Support Maintenance and Engineering projects, EHS, and process improvement projects.
  • Manage the SAP PM/MAXIMO database.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments such as Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, EHS, Quality, and Warehouse on a regular basis.
  • Gowning (protective clothing and safety equipment) for manufacturing spaces worn, as required.
  • Ability to work in bio-hazard areas and clean rooms.
  • Working conditions include sitting, standing, walking, lifting, climbing stepstools, working with hands in cramped or awkward positions. Individual must be mobile and able to lift 50 lbs.

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Willingness to learn tasks and execution within CMMS system.
