Position Overview:
We are seeking a Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Supervisor to join our Human Resources Team.

As a Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Candidate Management: Overseeing the selection and placement processes to ensure effective sourcing, evaluation, and selection of qualified candidates across all business sectors.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with internal and external partners to develop employment branding strategies and hiring plans based on market data.
  • Reporting: Monitoring applicant flow, procurement costs, and requisition tracking to assess performance and implement improvements.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring direct reports to foster skill development and achieve departmental objectives.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluating labor vendor requests and maintaining relationships with active vendors.

Additional Responsibilities:
As a leader, you will guide various programs and projects, communicating objectives and updates to relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership. You will also promote a positive work environment by sharing company goals and objectives with your team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in human resources or a closely related field
  • 2 years of supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Bilingual in Spanish

Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, planning and project management capabilities, analytical and creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
