Position Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Supervisor to become a key member of our Human Resources team.

In this role, you will:

Oversee the hiring processes to ensure effective sourcing, assessment, and selection methods that yield qualified candidates across all business sectors. Ensure adherence to Equal Employment Opportunity and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs policies, along with Affirmative Action plans. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of hiring activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Oversight: Supervise the selection and placement processes to ensure high-quality candidate outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop employment branding strategies and hiring plans based on market data, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor applicant flow and recruitment costs, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, driving initiatives to maintain high standards in recruitment.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide direct reports to foster skill development and achieve departmental objectives.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate labor vendor requests and maintain relationships with vendors to support hiring needs.
  • Project Leadership: Lead various projects, communicating objectives and results to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Oversee the quality of service provided by the department, ensuring team productivity aligns with performance goals.
  • Budget Management: Assist in developing and monitoring the department budget to meet financial targets.
  • Community Representation: Represent the company at community and business meetings, promoting programs and policies.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Equivalent Education: Associate Degree with 2 years of relevant experience or a high school diploma with 4 years of relevant experience

Experience:

  • Three years of experience in human resources or a closely related field
  • Two years of supervisory experience

Additional Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to work in the designated location without relocation

  • Bilingual in Spanish
