Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Talent Attraction and Recruiting Supervisor to enhance our Human Resources Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Oversight: Lead the selection and placement processes to ensure effective recruitment of high-quality candidates for various roles.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop and implement employment branding strategies while collaborating with internal teams to forecast labor needs and align recruiting efforts.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor applicant flow and recruitment costs, providing insights to improve function performance and meet business objectives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, driving initiatives that support equal opportunity and affirmative action.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members to foster skill development and achieve departmental goals.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate labor vendor requests and maintain relationships to support hiring needs.
  • Project Leadership: Communicate project objectives and updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Oversee the quality of service provided by the department, driving team productivity.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the annual budget to meet financial targets while applying lean methodologies.
  • Community Engagement: Represent the company at various events, promoting programs and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in human resources or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Additional Requirements: Must have the right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in recruiting and applicant tracking systems.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
