Position Overview:
We are seeking a Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Supervisor to join our Human Resources Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Management: Oversee the selection and placement processes to ensure effective sourcing and evaluation methods that yield qualified candidates across all business sectors.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop employment branding strategies and hiring plans based on market insights.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on applicant flow, procurement costs, and requisition tracking to enhance function performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations, driving initiatives related to Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor direct reports, fostering skill development and achieving departmental objectives.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate labor vendor requests and maintain relationships with active vendors to support hiring needs.
  • Community Engagement: Represent the company at various community and business meetings, promoting our programs and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in human resources or a closely related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, planning and project management, analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer service.
