Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Supervisor to oversee our Human Resources initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the hiring process to ensure effective sourcing, evaluation, and selection of candidates across all business sectors.
  • Support compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action policies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure hiring activities align with business needs.
Essential Duties:
  • Oversee candidate management processes to ensure high-quality recruitment outcomes.
  • Develop and implement employment branding strategies based on market analysis.
  • Track applicant flow and recruitment costs, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations while promoting EEO and compliance initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor direct reports to foster skill development and achieve departmental objectives.
  • Evaluate vendor requests and maintain relationships with recruitment partners.
  • Communicate project objectives and results to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Enhance customer service quality within the department through effective team management.
  • Assist in managing the departmental budget, applying lean principles to optimize resources.
  • Represent the company at community and business events.
Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in human resources or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Additional Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to work in a designated location without relocation.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in recruitment and applicant tracking systems.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
