Position Summary

We are seeking a Talent Attraction and Recruiting Supervisor to become an integral part of our Human Resources Team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the hiring processes to ensure effective sourcing, evaluation, and selection of candidates across all business sectors.
  • Support the administration and compliance of Equal Employment Opportunity and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs policies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute hiring activities effectively.
  • Manage candidate selection and placement processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and implement employment branding strategies based on market data.
  • Track and report on applicant flow and procurement costs, providing data-driven insights for performance improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while driving EEO, OFCCP, and AA initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor direct reports to foster skill development and achieve departmental objectives.
  • Evaluate vendor requests and maintain relationships with labor vendors.
  • Communicate project objectives and results to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Promote a positive work environment by communicating company goals to team members.
  • Assist in managing the annual department budget to meet financial targets.
  • Represent the company at community and business meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
  • Equivalent education: Associate Degree plus 2 years of related experience or a high school diploma with 4 years of related experience


Experience:

  • Three years of experience in human resources or a closely related field
  • Two years of supervisory experience


Additional Requirements:

  • Current right to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to work in the designated location without relocation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in recruiting
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Bilingual in Spanish
